Grand Lodge Protocol
Brethren,
Is there a Brother who can answer the following question for me ?
When retiring from the Lodge, why do the Grand Lodge Officers ie DGIW and DGC salute the WM from the saluting base formed in the South(At the Junior Wardens station). I am aware the sun is at its meridian in the South (Northern Hemisphere) but why do Grand Lodge Officers follow or need to follow that particular protocol
