Is this some kind of joke?

This already exists. But not in Magazine "Sestar" (english: Compasses), magazine of the Regular Grand Lodge of Serbia (in amity with UGLE)
It is @ http://bagremov-hlad.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=962
This website is one of those which promote many organizations/groups and individuals who try to present themselves as 'Masonic' (or pretend that they're 'Masonry') more specifically thay are supporting fake masonry.
The author introduce himself as Koki claiming belongs to Ballards Lodge #5091. He is the moderator of that Fake Masonic forum.
